At Sunburst RPG, we want your legendary gear to fit perfectly every time you venture out. If your apparel isn't the right fit for your quest, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sunburst RPG account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and quest-themed labels remain attached.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
